andyrubin 1024x682 Andy Rubin: Were close on Google MP3 Store

You’ve all heard the rumors that Google will be expanding its Google Music service by opening an MP3 store to rival that of Apple’s iTunes, and Andy Rubin has all but confirmed that it is happening. Speaking at the AsiaD conference today, Rubin said Google is “close” with the project. He added “It won’t just be selling 99 cent tracks. It will have a little Google in it.”

Hmm, what could that mean exactly? We’re not sure, but Google very rarely fails to disappoint, so adding a “little Google in it” surely can’t be a bad thing. What do you all think Rubin means by stating it will have a little of Google’s touch? Sound off in the comments and let us know!
